Tuesday is sagra at Berta.
Head chef O Tama, Time Out's 2014 Chef of the Year, works with Australian and Italian producers, taking her lead from Italian regional cooking. She then adds a local slant and a lot of love to create a unique menu featuring a different seasonal ingredient each week.
