Head chef O Tama works with Australian and Italian producers, taking her lead from Italian regional cooking. She then adds a local slant and a lot of love to create a unique menu featuring a different seasonal ingredient each week.

KIDS COOKING CLASS: PIZZA, PANE & PASTA
O Tama Carey and her team will teach a small group of kids how to make pizza, pasta and bread these school holidays. The children will eat the pizza they make for lunch and can then bring their parents back to the restaurant that night for a special early set meal made by them.
WHAT: Cooking class for kids aged 8-12
WHEN: 11am-1pm, Thursday April 24
COST: $50 per child including dinner
DINNER: parents $30 each including a glass of wine
